                        J U D G M E N T

Ramachandran Nair, J.

This writ appeal is filed against the interim order

directing the appellant to retain the respondents in service.

We do not find any ground to interfere with the order of stay

against respondents because at the request of the appellants,

we have listed the writ petition for hearing before the

Division Bench itself. Accordingly, the writ appeal is closed.

Appellants are free to challenge the observations in the

interim order while arguing the writ petition.
