Judgment

This matter comes up as a defective item for want

of completion of steps. However, we notice that

the issue involved revolves on an interpretation

of the transfer of guidelines relatable to very

hard stations etc. The transfer order is of the

year 2005. There is no interim order in this

case. We are of the view that the impugned

judgment which relates only to a transfer and

posting, would not stand in the way of the

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan making appropriate

orders of transfers and postings in the

WPC7754/2006 -: 2 :-

subsequent years. We treat this case as

infructuous. The same is, therefore, dismissed

accordingly.
