                             J U D G M E N T

The challenge in this writ petition is against Ext.P8 by which

building permit has been declined. An order in the nature of Ext.P8

is appealable under Rule 160 of the Kerala Municipality Rules and

therefore leaving it open to pursue the statutory remedy of appeal,

this writ petition is closed.
