present. This interlocutory application has been filed for
condonation of delay of nine days in filing this appeal. In
view of the submissions made by the appellants in this
interlocutory application, the delay in filing this appeal is
hereby condoned. I.A. No. 9530 of 2010 is accordingly
allowed.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits
that the subject matter of the instant appeal is similar to
L.P.A. No.1221 of 2010 and the analogous appeals which
are running on the Board for admission.
