                               JUDGMENT

I find that the total stakes involved in this appeal is only

Rs.2000/-. I am of the view that the impugned judgment need not be

interfered with in view of the smallness of the stakes involved. The

appeal will stand dismissed. However, it is made clear that this

judgment will not be a precedent in any other case.
