permitting the petitioner to take steps for service of

notice upon opposite party Nos. 2 (e) by getting it

published in newspaper.

Let the petitioner take steps for substituted

service of notice upon Opposite Party No. 2(e) by

way of publication in Hindi newspaper, namely, Aaj

or Hindustan to be published from Saharsa.

Let the office furnish the tentative costs

within two weeks and thereafter the petitioner shall

deposit the same within two weeks thereafter,

failing which, this application shall stand dismissed

as against the concerned opposite party without

further reference to a Bench.
