This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order in O.P.(Ele.)
No.330 of 1996 on the file of the Additional District Court (Adhoc-I),
Ernakulam. The order under revision is a common order passed in O.P.
(Ele.)No.328 of 1996 and connected cases. C.R.P. No.1187 of 2004 filed
against O.P.(Ele.)No. 328 of 1996 was dismissed by this Court by judgment
dated 28.10.2005. For the same reasoning in that case, I confirm the
compensation amount awarded by the court below in the order under
revision.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed.
