Heard Mr. S. P. Singh, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr.
Anurag Srivastava, learned Counsel for the opposite parties on the
application for withdrawl of writ petition.

Mr. S. P. Singh, learned Counsel for the applicant has filed an
application for withdrawal of writ petition, after serving its duplicate on
the counsel for the opposite parties.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press
the writ petition and it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to
file fresh writ petition.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed
as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
