C.M.Appln.No.2326/2008: This is an application to condone

the delay of 26 days in filing the appeal. The appeal is filed

aggrieved by the fixation of land value by the reference court,

Sub Court, Cherthala. Acquisition is for the purpose of Industrial

Growth Centre, Pallippuram. It is not in dispute that connected

matters have already been dismissed by this Court. Therefore,

the application for condonation of delay and the appeal are

dismissed.
