                                 O R D E R

It is pointed out that this review petition is filed against the interim

order dated 03/04/2009 in W.P.(C).No.11146/2009. A modified order has

been passed by this Court on 08/04/2009. Therefore, the learned counsel

for the contesting respondents submits that the review petition has become

unnecessary. It will be open to the review petitioner to seek appropriate

modifications of the orders in the writ petition itself if the review petitioner

is aggrieved by the orders subsequently passed. Leaving open the said

remedy, the review petition is closed.
