This is an appeal filed against the judgment and decree in

L.A.R. No. 17/2005 on the file of the Sub Court, Quilandy. It is

seen that the appeal filed against the connected case covered by

the common judgment has been dismissed by this Court by

judgment in L.A.A. No. 1504/2007. Therefore, this appeal is

dismissed.
