Pius C.Kuriakose, J.

This is an appeal by the requisitioning authority and

the case pertains to acquisition of land in Irumpanam Village

for the purpose of Rubber Park, the appellant. According to

us, the issue raised in this appeal is already covered against

the appellant by judgment of this Court in LAA. No. 66 of

2006 and connected matters. Hence this appeal is

dismissed. No costs.
