                          J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed mainly with the following

prayer :-

” Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate
writ, order or direction directing the respondents to issue
National Trade Certificate to 43 trainees in the trade of Mechanic
(Motor Vehicle) who have successfully completed the course and
got provisional National Trade Certificate.”

In view of the intervening developments, in case the

petitioner has still any grievance left, he may approach the

respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
