2. 3.12.2010 Heard the parties.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

petitioners that a Division Bench of this Court has passed a

reasoned order by extending time up to three months in L.P.A.

no.1552 of 2010 and this matter is also covered by the aforesaid

order.

Accordingly, in L.P.A. no.449 of 2010 also time is

extended till 1st March 2011.

With the above observation this M.J.C. is disposed of.
