Learned senior Government Pleader Smt. Meera, appearing for the

appellant submits that as on today, the relief sought for by the appellant does not

survive for consideration of this court.

2. Taking note of the submission made by the learned senior Government

Pleader, this writ appeal is closed. Ordered accordingly.

3. In view of the order passed in the Writ Appeal, the relief sought for in

I.A.No.557 of 2007 need not be considered by this court. Accordingly, the said

I.A. is also rejected.
