                                      JUDGMENT

Radhakrishnan,J.

Learned single Judge has elaborately dealt with the various

grounds raised by the parties. The learned Judge felt that, on

compassionate ground, the selections shall not be interfered with,

especially taking note of the fact that the petitioners will not get

another chance to make applications for the posts of Peon and

Salesgirl.

In the circumstances of the case, we find no infirmity in the

judgment of the learned single Judge to be interfered with in this

appeal. Writ Appeal is dismissed.
