H.L. Dattu, C.J.:

This appeal is directed against the judgment of the learned single

Judge in W.P.(C) No. 4898 of 2007 dated 16th March, 2007.

2. The issues raised in this Writ Appeal are identical with the

issues raised and considered by this Court in W.A. No. 1287 of 2007. By

the said judgment, the aforesaid Writ Appeal has been rejected.

Respectfully following the observations made in the aforesaid decision,

this Writ Appeal is also disposed of.
