                             JUDGMENT

Ravindran, J.

The appellants are respondents 1 to 3 in W.P.(C) No.13278

of 2010. The 4th respondent in the writ petition had filed W.A.

No.1142 of 2010 canvassing the correctness of the decision of

the learned single Judge. We have by judgment delivered on

23.07.2010, allowed the said writ appeal, reversed the decision

of the learned single Judge and dismissed the writ petition.

Hence no orders are called for in this writ appeal. It is

accordingly closed as infructuous.
