                            J U D G M E N T

This writ petition was filed on 20-1-2004. Notice has not yet

been served on respondents 2 and 3. The matter was posted before

the Registrar (Judicial) on 19-7-2010 for defects on that ground. On

that date, the petitioner sought time and two weeks’ time was granted

for taking further steps. No steps have been taken yet. It is under the

above circumstances the matter was posted before the Court in the

defect list today.

Today, when the matter was taken up, nobody represents the

petitioner. The petitioner is also not present. Accordingly, the writ

petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
