                    J U D G M E N T

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the

respondent to pass orders on Ext. P3 application which

is pending consideration of the respondent.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of

directing the respondent to pass orders on Ext. P3 as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period

of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment

before the respondent for compliance.
