                         J U D G M E N T

In the matter of affiliation and payment of affiliation fee, in

case the petitioners have still any grievance left, they may

approach the first respondent, in which case, appropriate action

in accordance with law will be taken by the first respondent, with

notice to the petitioners, within another three months.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
