This is an appeal filed by the State aggrieved by the fixation

of land value by the reference court, Sub Court, Ernakulam.

Acquisition is for the purpose of doubling the railway track

between Ernakulam and Mulanthuruthy. It is not in dispute that

all the connected matters relating to the same acquisition have

been dismissed by this Court. Therefore, this appeal is also

dismissed.
