5. 30.8.2010. It appears that in the order dated 24.8.2010, the

Second Appeal No.6 of 2008 has wrongly been typed in

place of Second Appeal No.6 of 2010, which is obviously a

typographical error.

In the above view of the matter, the order dated

24.8.2010 would be deemed to have been passed in Second

Appeal No.6 of 2010.

The order dated 24.8.2010 stands modified to the

aforesaid extent only.
