that due to inadvertent mistake the correct L.P.A. No.

and the date of disposal could not be mentioned on the

last date. According to him, the correct L.P.A. No. is

1492 of 2009, disposed of on 06.04.2010. According to

him, that judgment covers the present L.P.A. also.

Let this matter be listed under the same

heading day after tomorrow (30.06.2010) along with the

records of the aforesaid L.P.A. for the purpose of final

disposal along with the limitation petition.
