02. 9.3.2011 Vide order dated 7.9.2010 four months time was

granted to the Principal Secretary, Rural Development

(Panchayati Raj), Government of Bihar to take a decision in the

matter.

For the reasons indicated in the MJC application the

time is extended by another two moths from today.

The MJC application stands allowed.
