05. 20.09.2010. The learned G.A.2 appearing on behalf of

the appellant submitted that some correction is

necessary in the stay application. Accordingly, he

seeks permission to make necessary correction in

the stay application, i.e., I.A. No.3864 of 2010. The

appellant shall serve a copy of the Interlocutory

Application on the learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the respondent within one week.

Put up after 3 weeks under the same

heading.
