2. 21.6.2010. Issue notice in the limitation matter, stay matter as

well as in the memo of appeal upon the respondents, for

which requisites by registered post with A/d must be filed

within a week, failing which the memo of appeal shall stand

rejected without further reference to the Bench.

Considering the submission that in similar matter

vide order dated 14.1.2010 contained in Annexure-2 an

interim order of stay has been passed, it is directed that there

shall be stay of operation of the order under appeal dated

4.12.2009 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15537 of 2009 until

further orders.
