the limitation matter as well as in the appeal for which

requisites etc. by registered cover with A/D as well as

under ordinary process must be filed within one week,

failing which the limitation application as well as the

memorandum of appeal shall stand dismissed without

further reference to a Bench.

After service of notice this matter should be

listed along with L.P.A. No. 12 of 2001 and other

analogous appeal for admission with limitation matter.
