03/ 26.08.2010 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to

delete the name of petitioner no.1-the State of Bihar through the

Principal Secretary, Department of Industry, Govt. of Bihar, Patna.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since

the name of one of the petitioners has been deleted, he will have to

take fresh instructions in this regard for filing a supplementary

counter affidavit within four weeks.

Put up this case under the same heading after four

weeks.
