07. 27.06.2011 This appeal is connected with the bunch of

matter, which has been decided by the Full Bench and

against which the Special Leave Petition is pending before

the Hon’ble Supreme Court. It appears that this fact was

not in the notice of the learned counsel for the respondent.

Therefore, Officers were required to appear to assist the

Court. Since the matter is subjudice before the Hon’ble

Supreme Court, it will be appropriate to defer the hearing

of this appeal till the decision of S.L.P.

Appearance of the Officers is discharged.
