This writ appeal is filed against the judgment dated

12th January, 2007 in W.P.(C) No.27717 of 2003. It is seen

from the impugned judgment that this Court has only directed

consideration of the grievance of the petitioner by the competent

authority. We do not find any ground to interfere with the

judgment. It is for the competent authority to consider the

matter in accordance with law.

2. It is brought to our notice that the time limit fixed

by the learned Single Judge has already expired. We make it

clear that the matter shall be disposed of within two months

from today. We also make it clear that we have not adverted to

the merits of the various contentions taken in the writ appeal and

hence those contentions are left open.

Writ appeal is disposed of as above.
