Prayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order issued by the first respondent under G.O.Ms.No.118, Public Works (Y2) Department, dated 7.2.1996, in so far as it relates to the transfer the services of the members of the Applicant Association to the Corporation of Madras.
