9. 28.01.2011 By terms of order dated 3.12.2010 four weeks’

time was granted to the appellant to take steps for

fresh service of show cause notice in limitation matter

on respondent No.1 under registered cover with AD in

his present and correct address but the same has not

been complied with by the appellant till today.

Accordingly, the appellant is directed to take steps for

show cause notice in limitation matter on the

respondent No.1 under registered cover with AD in his

present and correct address within two weeks, failing

which the limitation application shall stand rejected.
