The appellants are aggrieved by the judgment directing

payment of family pension to the writ petitioner including arrears.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue is covered

in favour of the writ petitioner by the order dated 26.02.2002 in

Civil Appeal No.1034/1999. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed.
