4 21-10-2011 Re. Letters Patent Appeal No. 1360 of 2011:

Leave to amend the cause title of the Appeal.
Amendment will be carried out within two weeks
from today.

Issue notice to the respondent nos. 1 to 15 for hearing
and final disposal of the Letters Patent Appeal, to be made
returnable on 16th December 2011.

Notice will be served through Court process.
Requisites will be filed within two weeks from today.

Re. Interlocutory Application No. 6632 of 2011:

Prima facie it appears that the respondent-University
has complied with the directions issued by the learned single
2 Patna High Court LPA No.1360 of 2011 (4) dt.21-10-2011

Judge in above CWJC No. 1409 of 2011. Further, it appears that
although the appellant nos. 1 and 2 the Vice-Chancellor and the
Registrar of the University are not made party respondents in the
contempt petition, a direction has been issued against the appellant
nos. 1 and 2 under the impugned order.

In above circumstances, there shall be ad interim stay
against the operation of the impugned order dated 8 th September
2011.

This order is made without prejudice to the rights and
contentions raised by either of the parties in the contempt petition.
This order shall not preclude the learned single Judge from
proceeding further with the contempt petition pending before the
learned single Judge.
