RULE.

Notice as to interim relief returnable on 20.09.2010.

In
the meantime, the impugned award dated 09.04.2010 passed by the
Labour Court, Bhuj, Kutch in Reference [LCB] No. 58/2001, qua
directions of continuity of service and back wages are stayed and
directions qua reinstatement is not stayed and the same will be
subject to the result of this petition.
