view of the statement made in the affidavit in reply that the amount
has already been withdrawn, it will not be appropriate to entertain
these applications at this stage. Hence the applications are
rejected.

the First Appeals shall be fixed for hearing on 4th August
2008. R & P be called for so as to reach this Court on or before
2nd August 2008.
