                            JUDGMENT

Joseph, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court complaining

police harassment in the matter of interference by the second

respondent in a civil dispute between the petitioner and the

4th respondent.

2. Learned Government Pleader would submit that a

petition was received from the 4th respondent seeking

protection against the petitioner. It is in connection with the

same that the petitioner was called to the Police Station. But

the petitioner has not turned up. The police are only

enquiring into the said complaint of the 4th respondent.

Investigation will be done in accordance with law, it is

submitted.
