Vide paragraphs 4 and 5 of the counter affidavit, it appears
that the alleged detenue was arrested with firearm and
cartridges and thus he was produced within 24 hours before a
competent court which granted him bail.
In view of this, nothing would survive in this writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
