This habeas corpus petition has been registered on the basis of Letter said to
have been sent by one Nazima Bano, alleging therein that she is in friendship
of one Boy namely Shivsaran alias Bhola and she is going with him and
Police may be directed not to harass them for this in any manner, whatsoever.
Counter affidavit on behalf of the State has been filed by Shri R.K.S.Rathore,
said to be SSP,Faizabad whereby it has been stated that neither Shivsaran
alias Bhola and Nazima Bano were ever arrested by the Police Personal nor
they have been called at the Police Station Khandasa, district Faizabad for
interrogation. At no point of time they were wanted in any case from the
Police Station concerned.
Due to what has been stated in the uncontroverted counter affidavit, this
habeas corpus writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
