03. 12.08.2011 When this matter was taken up on 15.07.2011, Mr. Om

Prakash had appeared on behalf of the Municipal Corporation and

its authorities and had sought for adjournment to seek instruction

and file counter affidavit.

Today Mr. Vindhayachal Rai appears and submits that

he has been duly authorized by the Municipal Corporation,

Darbhanga to appear in the present case and shall be filing a

vakalatnama on their behalf as also counter affidavit within a period

of two weeks.

As prayed, put up on 29.8.2011 retaining its position.
