                                     JUDGMENT

The Union of workers of the Travancore Titanium Products

Limited has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the

respondents to permit Sri. P. Yohannan, worker No.1196 to continue in

service upto 60 years and not to implement Ext.P1 order by which the

worker is to be relieved with effect from 30.4.2007. I do not think

that I can grant this prayer at the instance of the Union since the said

worker is not before me. However, if the worker makes a proper

representation before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent shall

consider the same in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
