Prayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3518/2002/A3, dated 15.4.2002, as confirmed by the first respondent in Proceedings Ooa.Mu.No.16138/W6/2002, dated 24.3.2003, and quash the same and direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to have the annual increment of Rs.275/- as usual, along with others.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents.

2. Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the writ petition, and if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same, within a specified period.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the writ petition, within a period of four weeks from today, and on such representation being submitted, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
