                             JUDGMENT

Petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to quash

Exhibit P4. Exhibit P4 is the notice issued by the respondent,

Panchayath, requiring the petitioner to remove the alleged

obstruction that he had created. It is seen that the petitioner has

disputed the claim in Exhibit P4 by Exhibit P5 objection. Matter

has not been finally decided.

In view of the above, the respondent is directed to take a

decision in Exhibit P4 in the light of Exhibit P5 objection filed by

the petitioner.

Orders shall be passed as expeditiously as possible, at any

rate, within four weeks of production of copy of this judgment.
