Mr.
S.N. Soparkar, learned senior Counsel with Mr. Jal S. Unwalla,
learned advocate for the petitioner has argued the matter for
sometime. Thereafter, Mr. Harin P. Raval, learned Assistant Solicitor
General of Union of India prays to adjourn the matter to enable him
to file reply affidavit of the responsible officer of respondent
no.1-Union of India.
The
prayer made by him has not been opposed by Mr. Soparkar, learned
senior Counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. K.S. Nanavati,
learned Senior Counsel for Nanavati Associates for respondent
no.4-Company.
Hence,
by consent, matter is adjourned to 12th September, 2007 to
enable Mr. Harin P. Raval to file reply affidavit on behalf of
respondent no.1.
