ORDER

1. By
way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following
reliefs :-

“[A]
To quash and set aside the impugned action on the part of the
respondents not granting the higher pay scale to the petitioners as
per circular dated 13.03.1995 at Annexure-A to this petition.

[B]
Direct the respondents to implement the circular dated 13.03.1995 at
Annexure-A to the petition by giving higher pay scale as per the
circular.

[C]
To held that the granting of the higher pay scale to the petitioners
from 01/04/2000 is completely arbitrary and further be please to
direct the respondents to give the benefit of higher pay scale as per
circular dated 13.03.1995 at Annexure-A to this petition and as per
date stated in Annex-B.

[D]
Pending admission hearing and final disposal of this petition to
direct the respondents to pay the higher pay scale as per circular
dated 13.03.1995 at Annexure-A to his petition and as per date
stated in Annex-B, and also direct to pay the differences of the
higher pay scale within a stipulated time;

[E]
& [F] ……….”

2. After
arguing the matter and when the the learned counsel for the
petitioners realized that this Court is not inclined to entertain
this petition, he requested that appropriate directions may be issued
to the respondent-authority to consider and decide the
representation/s preferred by the petitioners and which is pending
before it.

3. Heard.

Looking to the facts of the case and in view of the request made by
the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent-authority is
directed to decide the representation/s preferred by the
petitioners and pending before it, within a period of three months
from the date of receipt of writ of this order. With the above
observation, the petition stands disposed of. s
