Shri Krishna Shankar, holding brief for Shri Zafar Abbas, learned counsel
for the petitioners prays for and is granted three weeks’ time for taking
requisite steps for issuance of notice on Civil Misc. Substitution Application
No. 50123 of 2010 pursuant to the Order dated 17.2.2010 passed on the said
Application.

Notice will be issued by Registered Post A.D. fixing 16th August, 2010.

In case, requisite steps are not taken within the aforesaid period, the case
will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the
Court immediately after the expiry of the said period.

List along-with connected matter on 16th August, 2010.
