5. 07.12.2010. Perused the report of the Joint Registrar,

Monitoring Cell, F.T.C. dated 3.12.2010 and the

letter of the trial court dated 1.10.2010, wherefrom it

appears that as per the information received from

Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga, only three

prosecution witnesses have been examined so far

and the other thirteen witnesses are to be examined

within three months from the date of the letter of the

Superintending of Police i.e. 16.11.2010. From the

report of the Joint Registrar, Monitoring Cell which

is dated 3.12.2010, it does not appear as to what

happened on 16.11.2010.

Let the Joint Registrar, Monitoring Cell,

F.T.C. seek further progress report from the trial

court.
