against the order of the Division Bench passed in Special
Appeal No. 943 of 2010 (Navneet Kumar and others Vs.
State of U.P. & others), Special Leave to Appeal has been
preferred bearing Diary No. 19058 of 2008. He points out that
the matter is likely to be taken up in the week commencing
12.07.2010.

In view of the aforesaid, let this writ petition be put up as
unlisted on 19.07.2010.
