1. It
is reported that all the nurses have resumed their duties. It is
also reported that respective parties sat together to resolve the
dispute, however, further things are not materialized, atleast as on
today. Therefore, it is reported that the petition is required to be
considered on merits. With the consent of the learned advocates
appearing for respective parties, S.O. to 1st
September 2010.

the meantime, parties to complete the pleadings.
Affidavit-in-replies to be filed on or before 30th
August 2010.
